Prof. Pankaj Shah, a Consultant Biochemist, started his career in Jaslok Hospital Research Centre, a premier Hospital in the city of Bombay, in 1977.

Prof. Shah is an honours graduate in Microbiology and a University rank holder in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT). He is also an Associate Professor of Advanced Instrumentation and Techniques in various recognized institutes of MLT and consequently is an examiner for the above course conducted by the Board of Technical Examinations, Maharashtra, Bombay.

Responding to the intense stimulus of shaping the profession of clinical laboratory sciences he created his own consulting firm to bridge the gap between the technology boom and the day to day working environment of such professionals. In this role, he established / upgraded a number of private and hospital laboratories, constantly sharing his knowledge and expertise with leading industrial houses for the application and marketing of their diagnostic products.

Dedicated to the clinical laboratory sciences he is also associated Life Member and International Co-ordinator with “All India Medical Laboratory Technologists Association” which strives for the betterment of the present- day laboratorian, which has 10,000 members and manage 26 MLT Institutes under its banner. He is been appointed as Chairman of the Foreign Collaboration & International Affairs Committee of AIMLTA.  He has several highly acclaimed published research papers to his credit and is ex-Chief Editor of "MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY" a Journal of “All India Institute of Medical Technologists”

A pioneer entrepreneur to have established a manufacturing unit, STECHNOL DIAGNOSTICS, of import substitute reagents for Blood Gas, Haematology & ISE Analyzers, Prof. Shah provides cost effective reagents of highest quality and with his resourcefulness is continuously striving to add more products in his list of "import substitute" items. STECHNOL DIAGNOSTICS LTD was incorporated in July 1996 in Nairobi, Kenya and as a Private Limited Company in India in May 1997.

Though a man with scientific temper and an expert in the field of Diagnostics, Mr Shah also has a penchant for marketing. After his two year tenure with TATA Exports for Medical Exports, he switched over to marketing by going to Dubai for establishing a trading network for Diagnostic Products.  

On his return from Dubai, he saw that a new era of information technology had dawned, he swiftly moved to the new field as IT Chief of atcom technologies limited, a Mumbai based Public Limited Company, wherein he successfully controlled a team of Software Programmers & Designers to upgrade and maintain the 20 plus Corporate Websites together with B2C and B2B portals.

With the concept of Network Marketing picking up, he saw a bright future in it and jumped on the bandwagon firstly as a consultant, by establishing a start-up Company for a renowned Music Director, later he moved to Versatile Informatics Technologies Pvt Ltd and served as Vice – President to Varié Marketing Concepts Pvt Ltd.

For his contribution to the industry, he was honoured and selected as Director of DMAi, (Direct Marketing Association of India), which is affiliated to its International counterpart.

·    Mr Shah was President of Image Multitrade Pvt Ltd established by Shri. Ravindrra Deshmukkh, having operations in 22 States and having maintained a colossal network of 175,000 plus distributors. (Feb 2006 - May 2009).
